When will my order ship?
By October 15, 2026, from our US warehouse. The container docks September 28 and reaches our warehouse the week of October 5.
When am I charged?
At checkout, like any other order. The 10% pre-order discount is applied automatically and cannot be combined with other codes.
Is the pre-order available outside the US?
No. This pre-order covers US orders only. Customers in Europe can order in stock today from our EU warehouse at the regular price.
How will I know where my order is?
We send one status email a week until it ships, plus the usual shipping confirmation with tracking.
