Gura Gear Return & Exchange Policy 

At Gura Gear, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy to facilitate a smooth process for our valued customers. 

Returns within 30 Days: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you find that your Gura Gear product is not suitable for your requirements or if you simply change your mind, you can initiate a return within this timeframe. 

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Additionally, it must be returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. We kindly ask that you retain your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process. 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the stipulated 30-day period. You can reach out to us via email info@guragear.com- Please provide relevant details such as your order number and reason for return to expedite the process. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the product. Gura Gear will not be liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process. 

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

In the case of exchanges, we will replace the returned item with a new one of equal value, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide alternative solutions as per your preference. 

Exceptional Circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances, such as manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we may waive certain aspects of our Return & Exchange Policy. Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
